Privacy policy
This page explains what data I collect on konradd.pl, why I collect it, how long I keep it, and what your rights are. Plain language, no legalese.

What data I collect and why
Contact form, email and phone
When you use the contact form, you send me your name, email address, project type and message. When you email or call me, I also get your email address or phone number.
I use this data to reply to your message, talk about your project and prepare a quote.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (my legitimate interest in handling correspondence and in establishing or defending any legal claims).
Website security
The hosting server automatically logs basic technical information: your IP address, the date and time of your visit, and your browser type. This is used only to protect the site from attacks and abuse.
If someone enters wrong login details for the admin panel several times in a row, their IP address is temporarily blocked and recorded in a log on this site's server.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in keeping the site secure).
How long I keep your data
- Correspondence: until our conversation ends. If we don't start working together, I delete it no later than 12 months after the last message.
- If we work together: for the duration of the project and until any legal claims become time-barred.
- Security logs: server logs for a short time, usually a few weeks, depending on the hosting settings. I clear the log of blocked login attempts no later than 12 months after an entry.
Who I share your data with
I don't sell your data or share it for marketing.
The only other party with access is dhosting.pl, the company that hosts this website and my email inbox. They act on my behalf under a data processing agreement.
Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. The fonts on this site are hosted on my own server, so your browser doesn't connect to Google or any other third-party service.
Cookies and browser storage
This site uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage. I don't use any analytics or advertising tools. These don't require your consent, but here's exactly what is stored:

You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. The site will still work, but it may not remember your language.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and get a copy of it,
- have your data corrected,
- have your data deleted,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Just email kontakt@konradd.pl. I'll reply without undue delay, and within one month at the latest.
If you believe I'm processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl), or with the authority in your own EU country.
Do you have to provide data
Providing your data is voluntary, but without an email address or phone number I won't be able to reply.
I don't make automated decisions about you and I don't profile you.
Changes to this policy
If the way I process data changes (for example, if I add visitor statistics), I'll update this page and the date at the top.
